Does CCS licenses cover lyric reproduction

No, neither the CCS PERFORMmusic Facilities License nor WORSHIPcast Streaming License conveys lyric or music score duplication or reproduction rights. 
Many churches carry the Church Copyright License from CCLI for the lyric/music score duplication rights.
