Does WORSHIPcast License provide synchronization rights?

No, the WORSHIPcast Streaming License does not provide coverage for streaming master recordings. 
Whenever you release a recording of a song that someone else wrote in a video format, even if it's in the background or just a small portion of the song, you need a synchronization license. There are a couple of options to achieve this goal.

1. CCLI's Streaming Plus Master Recording License covers the use of participating Songs, Master Recordings, or Master Tracks in announcements or content used exclusively within the church service. 
2. Otherwise, to reuse content on any platform outside the context of church services, you will need additional licensing obtained directly from the publisher/label or song owner or check out a service like Songfile
